If there is a problem with your order, please let's take a look at the situation and we will discuss the policies below:
1. Please provide a photo of the problem with your first communication via text messaging the shop phone number. DO NOT EMAIL....the fastest way for a response will be to text.
2. All sales are considered final unless I have sent the wrong product as the majority of our products are custom. Wrong product shipped see Error in Shipping #4 policy below.
3. We are not responsible for missing packages marked delivered within the tracking system. Please check tracking and contact your local post office, neighbors, family members if your package is missing in action. IF not found file a police report for theft. Maintain a good relationship with your carrier in the event your package won't fit in your box and develop a system for safe secure deliveries. These packages always seem to show up somewhere!
PLEASE stay on top of your orders. I recommend signing up for text updates on any order to be updated on it's progress. We are not and cannot be responsible for the speediness or lack there of of the USPS, or any other mail delivery system, but I work with my customers when the need arises. I highly encourage Priority shipping options for the most secure packaging and insurance on your order.
4. Error in shipping?? Find your order in your account and send us a convo from that link and include the following information:
a. You must contact me within 3 days of receipt and include a picture of the entire order along with a picture of the shipping label as this information assists us in this process. Pictures can be sent via text. Do not contact us after this window.
b. In most cases you must return the product shipped in error. If return is required I will explain the process case by case.
c. Damaged product must also include a picture of the damaged packaging for the claims we make (no exceptions).
5. CANCELLATIONS: 1 Hour is a short window I know, but I often times ship right away as I am in the shop every day with occasional exceptions. I respond quickly to convos regarding product questions so reach out if you have a question BEFORE placing your order! I would prefer to hash things out prior to investing the time, materials, and money into cutting, packaging, and purchasing labels.
REFUNDS: Forced refunds are against my policy and if a product is returned without prior communication and authorization it is our discretion how to handle. Shipping charges either way are not refundable. We will also deduct a 12% re stocking fee to compensate us for the time to process the return. Again case by case and communication is the key to resolution if there is a problem. Items shipped with Free Shipping are charged a 20% restocking fee if returned for any reason.
Handcrafted items with subtle nuances and color variations given the differences in monitors are not considered defects. I photograph multiples to give you an idea of the nuances you might expect in unique handcrafted items.
